Those who would try to make you feel less than who you are, I think that’s the greatest evil.

My story

I knew at a young age I wanted to work with family systems and cultivate healing and change. I began my academic career at Indiana University as a psychology and brain science major, but following the pull to work in the field with people instead of in a research setting, I changed my major to social work. I gained my Bachelor of Social Work in 2012 and then achieved my Master of Social Work the following year through an advanced program.

In school and the years after I worked in various social work settings that instilled my desire to witness change and experience life alongside my clients. Within my first decade of practice one thing has always been certain, when we get curious instead of critical about ourselves it gives ourselves the grace of growth.

In my office you’ll find that I am passionate about helping you reconnect with your inner child and rediscover creativity and compassion. I am an enthusiastic plant mom and enjoy making spaces calm and cozy. Outside of the office I love to be in nature, hike, take road trips to waterfalls, put together puzzles, play board games, and travel as much as possible.

Thank you for getting to know me and considering me as a helpful tool on your mental health journey. And please, take good care.
